GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Keep it Cool: To maintain its shape and integrity, avoid placing it in areas of extreme heat like a hot car on a summer day or in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods.
ACRYLIC CARE | THE SHIELD
The included Acrylic Care Kit is everything you need to ensure your Shield stays perfectly clean and clear for a long time.
Dusting: Use a clean, soft microfiber cloth to gently whisk away dust.
Cleaning: Use only a dedicated acrylic cleaner or a mix of mild dish soap and lukewarm water. We have included a sample sized Novus #1 which both cleans and shines. Only use a very fine mist on the face of the acrylic and then used the included microfiber cloth ensuring no dust or debris is stuck to the surface before polishing lightly.
WARNING: Never use window cleaners (like Windex), paper towels, or any alcohol-based products. These can cause "crazing" (tiny cracks) or permanent clouding of the clear face.
3M COMMAND™ | REMOVAL GUIDE
Clear the Frame: First, remove the Shield cover (if applicable) and your disc.
Remove the Mount: Grip the Center Stage Mounting System with one hand, and the frame backer with the other. Then rotate the mount clockwise until it stops, then lift it off. This will reveal the backer frame and the Command Strip tab.
The Stretch Release: Locate the pull-tab at the bottom of the strip. Grasp the tab and pull straight down toward the floor in a slow, consistent manner.
Safety First: Continue pulling (the strip may stretch up to 12 inches!) until it completely releases from the wall. Do not pull the strip toward you or away from the wall, as this can damage the surface.
FLOAT | VARIABLE MOUNT
1. Separate & Attach the Wall Ring: Your Float system ships with the white wall ring nested inside the Center Stage Mount. Separate them by gripping the ring's hanging tab between two fingers and pulling outward with gentle pressure. Next, secure the wall ring to your vertical surface using your choice of included hardware (Nail, Tack, or Damage Free Wall Adhesive).
2. Prepare the Mount: Loosen the small center knob on your Center Stage Variable Mount a rotation or two until the gear wheel moves freely.
3. Adjust the Arms: Turn the large wheel clockwise to extend the gripper arms or counter-clockwise to retract them.
4. Secure the Disc: Place your mount inside the back of the disc and adjust the wheel until the arms center and grip the disc rim firmly. Tighten the center knob lightly to lock the grip position (do not over-tighten).
5. Mount to Wall: Place the mount directly over the installed wall ring and press firmly in place to secure it using a clean friction fit.
Removal Tip: Remove your mounted disc from the wall by gently pulling outward from the top edge. In most cases, this lets the Float wall ring stay in place on your wall—which is especially important if wall adhesive was used to attach it.

FLOAT | CUSTOM MOUNT
1. Separate & Attach the Wall Ring: Your Float system ships with the white wall ring nested inside the Center Stage Mount. Separate them by gripping the ring's hanging tab between two fingers and pulling outward with gentle pressure. Next, secure the wall ring to your vertical surface using your choice of included hardware (Nail, Tack, or Damage Free Wall Adhesive).
2. Seat the Disc: Insert your custom mount into the back of the disc and press forward evenly until it is fully seated.
3. Mount to Wall: Take the entire assembly, line up the back of the mount over the installed wall ring, and press firmly in place for a secure friction fit.
Removal Tip: Remove your mounted disc from the wall by gently pulling outward from the top edge. In most cases, this lets the Float wall ring stay in place on your wall—which is especially important if wall adhesive was used to attach it.

1. Remove the Shield cover by gripping the frame with both hands so that your thumbs are on the front rim and your fingers on the back of the frame. While pressing down rotate both of your thumbs in a counter clockwise direction to unlock the cover.
2. Prepare the Mount: With the Center Stage Variable Mount secured to the backer frame, flip the assembly over so the large gear wheel is facing up.
3. Loosen the Lock: Use your fingers to gently loosen the small screw knob in the center until the larger wheel moves freely.
4. Adjust the Arms: Turning the large wheel clockwise extends the gripper arms; turning it counter-clockwise retracts them.
5. Align & Center: With the arms fully retracted, place your disc on the mount. Note that the nail hanger notch on the back is positioned exactly between two of the cushioned arms.
6. Secure the Grip: Turn the large wheel clockwise until the arms begin to center the disc. Adjust until you have a moderate grip, then tighten the small center screw knob.
7. Final Assembly: Place the Shield cover onto the backer by lining up the slots and turning it clockwise to lock.

SHIELD | VARIABLE MOUNT | COMMAND STRIP
1. Remove the Shield cover (as described in the Nail video).
2. Prepare the Mount: Loosen the center knob and adjust the arms to fit your disc.
3. Secure the Grip: Once centered, tighten the small center screw knob to lock position.
4. Remove the Disc: Take the disc off the frame temporarily.
5. Apply the Command Strip: Flip the backer over. Apply the strip to the marked area, leaving the tab exposed below the nail notch. Press for 30–60 seconds.
6. Mount to Wall: Remove the liner, align on wall, and press firmly for 30–60 seconds.
7. Final Assembly: Replace your disc and lock the Shield cover in place.

1. Remove the Shield cover by rotating the thumbs counter-clockwise.
2. Hang your backer frame onto the nail.
3. Seat the Disc: Place your disc over the custom mount and press forward until seated firmly.
4. Final Assembly: Lift the frame backer off the nail, replace the Shield cover by rotating clockwise into the slots, and re-hang.

1. Remove the Shield cover.
2. Apply the Command Strip: Apply to the marked area on the backer. Press for 30–60 seconds.
3. Mount to Wall: Remove liner and press the backer to the wall for 30–60 seconds.
4. Seat the Disc: Slide your disc over the custom mount until seated, then lock the Shield cover back in place.

3. Align & Center: Place your disc on the mount and adjust the wheel until the arms center the disc.
4. Secure: Tighten the center knob lightly to lock the grip.

1. Adjust: Size the arms to your disc and lock the center screw.
2. Remove Disc: Temporarily remove the disc from the frame.
3. Apply Strip: Apply Command Strip to the backer and press for 30–60 seconds.
4. Mount: Press the frame to the wall for 30–60 seconds.
5. Place Disc: Work the disc over the cushioned arms until secure.

1. Hang: Place the nail hanger notch over your installed nail.
2. Seat the Disc: Align your disc and gently press it onto the custom mount until seated.
